LROCV will allow visitors to attend Club trips and other Club events upon the payment of a Visitor Insurance fee (for insurance purposes only). This Visitor Insurance fee does not entitle guests to any other Club member privileges, benefits or rights.

Temporary Membership for Visitor Insurance is available to non-members that are invited by a current member to attend a trip or event.  The current Club member must book their guest into the event once the Temporary Member application has been completed and the Insurance fee paid.  NB :- Visitors/ Guests who are paid up members of another FWD Vic affiliated Club, are NOT required to pay the Visitor temporary insurance fee as they are already covered for insurance through their home Club

Visitor Insurance will cover the Visitor and their passengers, ( These are:- Spouse/partner and children up to the age of 18 years and can include dependent students up to the age of 25 years).  Non related passengers/ friends in the same vehicle must pay a separate fee. The coverage will continue until 4 pm on 30th June of the current financial year in which the insurance fee was paid. Currently this fee is $18.00

Visitor drivers may only participate (as drivers) for a maximum of three trips per year before full membership is required. This shall be monitored by the Events Coordinator and recorded in the LROCV Temporary Membership system.

Visitor passengers may attend an unlimited number of trips per financial year (providing they do not drive).  

To join LROCV as a Temporary Member for Visitor Insurance, you will need to have a valid email that will be used as your UserID when accessing the Club website to book your place at a Trip or Event. It will also to allow us to email you your record of payment (invoice) that you will need to show as proof of purchase to the trip leader each time you go on a trip.

1. Application for Temporary Membership for Visitor Insurance must be completed by the guest that is being invited to attend an event, not the LROCV member.  We need to record the details of the guest that is to be covered by insurance and the date of the application.  The mandatory information that is required to complete the application is the Visitors full name, email address and phone number.  You do not need to fill in your home address details and mailing address.

3. Pay your Temporary Membership fee using the secure Credit Card payment gateway that has been integrated into our website.  
   
   
4. Once payment is made, you will receive an email with confirmation of payment and a welcome email with instructions on how to register your interest in the up coming trips listed on the Club Website.
   
   
5. On the 1st of July your Temporary Membership will expire and you will need to either join again as a Temporary Member or join us as a Full Member and enjoy the many benefits the Club has to offer.
